USE OF GEMSTONES
The effect of gemstones is not tangible but it is perceptible; gemstones work on an energetic level. It helps to provide a calm, stable energy that allows you to deal with different emotions and feelings.
Gemstones can be used in various ways. For example, place the gemstone in or near your bed, in a special place in your home, use it during meditation, or carry it with you. Do whatever you like and what feels good to you.
