Je kunt het druppelsgewijs aan gerechten toevoegen.In tegenstelling tot gedroogde kruiden houden zuivere etherische oliën hun specifieke geur, smaak en "Chi" vast: de levenskracht van de bloem of plant.Naast het gebruik in de keuken zijn de oliën ook geschikt om toe te passen in de huidverzorging of bij verdamping.Waarschuwing: de olie inwendig en op de huid gebruiken is af te tijdens zwangerschap.
