De CANE CREEK EEWINGS Titanium cranks zijn onderdelen van topklasse die zijn ontworpen om mountainbikes uit te rusten voor serieus Trail of Enduro rijden.

Dankzij hun titanium ontwerp bieden deze cranks verbazingwekkende prestaties, die die van de meeste carbon cranks overtreffen! Met een gewicht van slechts 400 gram bieden ze een uitzonderlijk niveau van stijfheid, superieur aan dat van veel carbon modellen, met een winst die door het merk wordt geschat tussen 20% en 30%. Bovenal biedt dit zeer edele materiaal maximale sterkte en slagvastheid, waardoor deze cranks bij uitstek geschikt zijn voor breekbaar terrein en agressieve ritten, met minder kans op breuk dan welk ander model dan ook in het geval van een lelijke klap op volle snelheid. 

De cranks zijn gemaakt van graad 9 titanium (Ti-3Al-2,5V) en de as van graad 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V). De afwerking van deze cranks is opmerkelijk, met geborsteld materiaal en lasergesneden logo's. Alle bouten en moeren zijn van titanium. Alle bouten en moeren zijn van titanium, behalve de voorspanningsring, die is gemaakt van CNC-bewerkt 7075-T6 aluminium. 

Deze CANE CREEK EEWings cranks zijn ontworpen voor een Sram X-Sync kettingblad met een DirectMount bevestiging met 3 schroeven en kunnen worden gebruikt met een breed scala aan versnellingsbakken (BSA73 mm, PF92, PF89.5, BB30 extern, PF30 extern, 392EVO).

I am SO glad I just saw this pop up in my "purchased" items category...I am not only a Do it yourselfer but I also perform service work for a group of clients as well and I have to say I had a version of this before and threw it out after many years of service due to the fact it started dripping/leaking and I did not want to waste time trying to find it! with that said I purchased this and "What a mistake" every time I change the oil if it does not hit exactly the right angle or area the oil just ricochets off the surface and splashes all over the garage surface (especially when working with 0w20 type oil - thin)...I think this one will be seeing the can soon as well even after only 30-40 uses!!
