Oefening bij het thema
Stel je voor dat je aan een meer staat, dat in een weids, onberoerd landschap ligt, ver van steden en dorpen. Het water van het meer is kristalhelder en licht op in de zon. Aan de oever van het meer vind je een roeiboot, waar je in stapt. Met deze boot kun je nu die plaats op het meer vinden die voor jou passend is en van waar uit je die blik op het landschap kunt werpen die je nu nodig hebt. Wanneer je op deze plek bent aangekomen, richt je je bewustzijn ook op het gebied onder het wateroppervlak. Misschien is daar een geschenk voor je. Daarna kun je je bewustzijn op
het deel van de hemel richten, dat zich boven je bevindt. Breid dan je bewustzijn uit, zodat het het deel van de hemel, het meeroppervlak en het gebied onder water omvat, en sta het de kracht van Hilarion toe, dat jouw hart zich met de kracht van hemel en aarde verbindt en dat deze verbinding wordt gestabiliseerd. Richt tenslotte je aandacht weer op de boot, vaar met de boot naar de oever en keer terug in het hier en nu.
