Presentatie

Famille Perrin Côtes du Rhône Rouge Réserve 2022 is een klassieke Côtes-du-Rhône met een fruitig en vol karakter, rijk aan tannines. De wijn is ideaal voor dagelijks gebruik en wordt voornamelijk samengesteld uit druiven van de wijngaarden Grand Prébois (Grenache) en Vinsobres (Syrah).

Wijngaard en Oogstjaar

  • Oogstjaar: 2022, gekenmerkt door wisselende klimaatomstandigheden met zachte en droge winter en lente, recordtemperaturen in mei en juni, gevolgd door een zonnige zomer met enkele regenbuien medio augustus

  • Oogst: Begon 19 augustus, 11 dagen eerder dan 2021, zorgvuldig geselecteerd en geplukt onder gunstige omstandigheden

  • Wijngaarden: Grand Prébois (Grenache), Vinsobres (Syrah)

Vinificatie

  • Selectie: Druiven worden bij aankomst in de kelder geselecteerd en ontsteeld

  • Fermentatie: Temperatuurgereguleerde roestvrijstalen tanks (150–190 hl), extractie via gecontroleerd terugpompen

  • Malolactische fermentatie: Voltooid in roestvrij staal en gedeeltelijk in houten vaten

  • Rijping: 12 maanden, deels in vaten, deels in roestvrij staal, voor een evenwichtige smaakontwikkeling

Degustatie

  • Kleur: Intens robijnrood met paarse reflecties

  • Neus: Krachtige aroma’s van rijp zwart fruit, subtiele kruidige tonen

  • Smaak: Fluweelachtige textuur, geïntegreerde tannines, fruitige smaken van zwart fruit in harmonie met een mooie zuurgraad die energie en frisheid brengt

  • Afdronk: Lang, zeer harmonisch, met delicate garriguetonen typisch voor Syrah
