Portal bezit in totaal een viertal fraaie Quintas: Quinta da Abelheira, Quinta do Confradeiro, Quinta dos Muros, en Quinta do Portal. Door de verschillende gebieden kan men een hele serie Port wijnen maken van absolute top kwaliteit. De afgelopen jaren is er veel geïnvesteerd door Quinta do Portal in zowel de wijngaarden als in moderne wijnmaak technieken zonder afbreuk te doen aan tradities. Deze port wordt gemaakt van de traditionele druiven die er te vinden zijn in de port streek. Alle druiven groeien op in een perfect leefklimaat met daarbij een rijke en volle bodem structuur. Hierdoor krijgen de trossen veel voeding en zijn ze opgewassen tegen het warme klimaat. Alle trossen worden met de hand geoogst en streng gecontroleerd. Enkel de beste trossen worden verwerkt in deze Tawny port maar voordat het zo ver is rijpt hij op eiken hout. Er wordt gebruikt gemaakt van port soorten van wel 6 jaar of ouder om deze Tawny port te blenden. Zo is de port altijd constant van smaak en kunnen we genieten van het visite kaartje van Portal.Hoe smaakt de Portal Fine Tawny Port?
Drink deze port licht gekoeld voor de mooiste smaak ervaring, op kamer temperatuur mag ook maar wij vinden een licht gekoelde port verfijner van smaak. In het glas kleurt hij bruin rood met een oranje gloed maar dat is gebruikelijk voor een Tawny port. In de geur weet deze Portal ons te verrassen met indrukken van rijpe kersen, een vleugje karamel en wat verse peper wat hem wat voller maakt. De rijpe geuren komen terug in de zuivere smaak. Mooie nuances van noten, chocolade, vers zwart fruit en wat krentjes maken alles compleet.Shipping Notes

Clean ingredients, easy to swallow and really works!

I usually don’t write reviews but this product really worked for me. Hopefully my review can help someone who is looking for a supplement that really works!
I’ve been Vitamin D deficient for many years now. Finally decided to do something about it and find good clean Vitamin D3 supplement. So in 2019, I tried Mary Ruth Organic Vitamin D3 Liquid Spray first. She has a lot of great supplements and reviews. I used up 3 bottles and got my lab work done and was still Vitamin D deficient.
In 2020, New Year new start. Did a lot of research looking for a clean and effective Vitamin D3 with K2 supplement. There’s a ton on Amazon and can be quite overwhelming. After many hours of researching and reading through reviews, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s Vitamin D3 supplement. You just need to take 2 a day. The pills are small and easy to swallow. Finished my first bottle and didn’t get any bad reactions so I purchased the 3 bottle set because it was a lot cheaper. I was not diligently taking it everyday. I would miss some days. But to my surprise when I went to get my lab work done in June, doctor said I was not deficient in Vitamin D anymore.
Since I had great results with this, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s multivitamins for woman. I’m on my first box. So far so good. It has Vitamin D3 in it as well. Since I am not deficient in Vitamin D anymore, the multivitamins will provide the sufficient amount of vitamins I need daily.

Best text about an essential therapeutic method
Group therapy is, in my opinion, a criminally neglected and underrated tool in the toolset of psychotherapy and medicine. Group reveals our attachment style and communication patterns with a clarity, efficiency, and force that no other form of psychological intervention can match -- every person on the planet should spend some time in a group dealing with his or her mental and/or emotional issues. The world would be a better place.
Irv Yalom probably knows more about group than any other person, and this guidebook is essential to anybody wanting to understand the form. Yalom explains group thoroughly, in an understandable but frequently profound manner. The main drawback is that the book may even be overly comprehensive, and its length is likely to intimidate non-professionals, which is a shame because the benefits of group need wider dissemination.

Yalom's Group Therapy "Bible" continues to be the gold standard in group work.
I have used Yalom's Group Therapy book since my doctoral training in the early 90's. His work is timeless and it is clear he is an individual who understands the heart and the soul of our work. I created and facilitate a 18 - 20 week Relationship Academy which is part didactic and part experiential. It is amazing to see the group dynamics play out as expected based on Yalom's work. I will often read from this text in the morning, so that my mind is prepared for the day. It often changes my perspective and opens my eyes to considering different interpretations of behavior and it encourages me to silence myself and allow the "process" to work. How very rewarding this is! I don't see how serious group work can be done without Yalom's influence. Thank you so much for the updated text.
