Effectief beheer
De TL-SG108PE biedt monitoring van het netwerk zodat gebruikers het verkeer kunnen controleren. Met behulp van Port Mirroring, Loop Prevention en Cable Diagnostics kan de TL-SG108PE verbindingsproblemen in uw bedrijfsnetwerk identificeren en zelfs lokaliseren. De beheerder kan prioriteiten aan het verkeer toewijzen met behulp van diverse functies, zoals Port Priority, 802.1P Priority en DSCP Priority, zodat spraak- en videodiensten altijd helder, soepel en storingsvrij verlopen. Daarnaast ondersteunt de TL-SG108PE MTU VLAN, poort-gebaseerd VLAN en 802.1Q-gebaseerde VLAN functies om de beveiliging en prestaties van het netwerk te verbeteren. De TL-SG108PE is een upgrade voor de plug-and-play unmanaged switch, die zijn geld meer dan waard is en ook grote voordelen voor het netwerk en de eindgebruiker biedt.
Eenvoudig te gebruiken
TL-SG108PE is eenvoudig te gebruiken en te beheren. Auto MDI/MDI-X crossover op alle poorten zorgt ervoor dat u geen crossover-kabels en uplink-poorten meer nodig hebt. De auto-negotiation op iedere poort registreert de verbindingssnelheid van een netwerkapparaat (10, 100, of 1000 Mbps) en past deze automatisch aan voor een optimale compatibiliteit en prestaties. Dankzij de handige en compacte afmetingen is hij ideaal voor bureaus met beperkte ruimte. De LED-lampjes tonen de actuele status en diagnose van eventuele fouten.

This is a barrier cream?
I also have very oily skin, so normally I stay away from anything that says barrier or balm. I push skin a lot lol...with max strength tretinoin, glycolic acids, salicylic acids, vitamin C... so there are times when I just need max help from a richer product bc sometimes I take it too far. LRP Cicaplast has been a staple and has saved me many a times.
I bought this bc of the high percentage of ectoin, 5%, and it was so reasonably priced. When I squeezed the tube, I was really worried, it was thicker looking than the Cicaplast. However, when I spread it out, it was SO light and a tiny amount --barely a pea size, was enough to coat my face. It did not feel heavy. Even with my oily skin, I think I could wear this everyday.
As an experiment, I applied any excess on one side of my hand, as I'm right handed, I would apply it on my left hand. I've had this about a week, and right now after doing the dishes, and washing my hands multiple times without any hand cream on it, my right hand is definitely drier than my left hand. My left hand also looks less red and more calm.
This formula is 5 stars for both the effectiveness and the elegant formula. It may yet replace my LRP Cicaplast...we'll see!

Saved my daughter’s skin
My 21 yr old has gone from clear skin to now having cystic acne and whilst trying to get to the source of it, her skin has been painfully inflamed and constant dark red breakouts. We have tried other professional skincare’s, “no downtime” peels designed for acne, which made it worse etc. This product Finally was what gave her skin some relief, calmed the pain and inflammation, nearly stopped the breakouts and is allowing her skin to heal up. She said it felt so much better immediately after starting using it. And is so grateful for the redness and pain relief.

Open it up fully and simply wipe away your makeup. Place over eyes for about a minute to dissolve away mascara, eyeshadow and eyeliner. Truly it’s just that easy to easy to use. For me there’s no mess or fuss with using these wipes. They are a bit pricey, but you’re paying for a quality product.
