The album was written, produced, arranged, and recorded in Los Angeles by Banhart with his longtime collaborators Noah Georgeson and Josiah Steinbrick, both of whom also worked on Banhart's most recent album, Mala (2013). Devendra Banhart was born in Houston, TX, and moved with his mother to her native Caracas, Venezuela, when his parents separated. The family relocated to Los Angeles during his teenage years; it was there that he learned to speak English, skateboard, and play music. Banhart first began to perform in public while attending the San Francisco Art Institute. He has since lived in New York City, Paris, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, where he currently resides. An accomplished visual artist, Banhart's distinctive, minutely inked, often enigmatic drawings have appeared in galleries all over the world. He has created the cover art for most of his records, including Mala, and in 2010 his artwork and packaging for What Will We Be was nominated for a Grammy.

Great-Tasting Protein Shake With Fresh Product Dates and Excellent Nutrition

I picked up this Premier Protein chocolate shake 12-pack mainly as a convenient daily protein option, and overall the quality has been excellent.
The chocolate flavor tastes very good without being overly sweet, and the texture is smooth compared to many protein drinks that can feel chalky or heavy. The 30 grams of protein also make it very practical for quick meals, post-workout use, or busy days when preparing food is not convenient.
One thing I appreciated is that the product arrived with fresh expiration dates, which is important when buying protein drinks in bulk. The packaging was also in good condition, and the bottles were easy to store and carry.
The nutritional balance is another strong point, especially with the added vitamins and minerals included without extra added sugar. Compared to many other ready-to-drink protein shakes, this one feels lighter while still being filling and satisfying.
In terms of value for the money, it feels like a very good purchase considering the quality, nutrition content, convenience, and freshness.

The Premier Protein Shakes are offered in Chocolate and several other flavors, all very good and tasty in my humble opinion ! If you are looking for a drink with a lot of protein - 30 Grams Protein and numerous other vitamins and minerals all with NO ADDED SUGAR, try these drinks. You will be glad you did... it is a great way to begin your day or even drink at mid-day for a healthy pick-me-up. They are so easy to use in this box style container and also come in bottles. The chocolate is so delicious, try it, then try all the other flavors, like Cafe Latte, Caramel, Vanilla, Strawberry. You will be delighted with getting your nutrition in a really chocolatey drink.

What's small and powerful and full of protein?

This is better than expected - filling - chocolate-milkish taste - lots of protein - only o few calories - good for
times you want to eat less but still have energy - It is a good product to have on hand - it is filling - this
is not exciting but rather useful in a busy life -when you don't want to cook, before a medical procedure
or any situation where less is more. The taste is good enough - best ice cold - I would recommend this
product.

Highly recommended, no sugar, low carb, high protein.
This exceeded my expectations. It tastes good chilled, much better than other forms of protein supplements.
I have never had a ready mixed protein shake, so I was hesitant about buying it.
Protein powder always tasted too strong & not good after taste.
Although there are some Ok Protein bars, they do mostly have undesirable taste & not good after taste.
