Background
The Column-Free Mouse Naïve CD4+ T Cell
Isolation Kit enables the rapid purification of untouched Naïve CD4+ T cells
via immunomagnetic separation. This approach depletes non-target cells without
labeling or stimulating the desired Naïve CD4+ T cells, preserving native
phenotype and functional integrity for downstream cell culture and functional
assays.
Components
1. Mouse Naïve CD4+ T Cell Antibody Cocktail: biotin-conjugated monoclonal anti-mouse antibodies against antigens not expressed by Mouse Naïve CD4+ T cells, supplied in PBS containing 0.1% BSA;
2. Streptavidin Beads: NanoBeads conjugated to streptavidin, supplied in PBS containing BSA and Poloxamer 188.
